Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (48 states) and Canada.

• Excluded: P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), and territories outside the 48 U.S. states and Canada.

Shipping Methods & Carriers:
Orders are fulfilled via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on destination and package size.
Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement.
• Cut-off time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day; orders after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes:

• U.S. (48 states): 3–5 business days after processing.
• Canada: 5–10 business days after processing (subject to customs clearance).

Free Shipping:

• U.S. (48 states): Free standard shipping on all orders.
• Canada: Free standard shipping only on orders above $200 USD (minimum threshold). Otherwise, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
